Full Service Re-enrollment Fees

Full Service students receive curriculum shipments from the CHOICE office. If your student does NOT receive shipments of curriculum from the CHOICE office, please use the Re-enrollment Fees for Record Keeping Students button at the bottom right-hand of the page.

Discounted Enrollment/Re-enrollment

For Record Keeping families with 5 or more children, we offer a discounted rate on our enrollment and re-enrollment fees. This applies ONLY if the children are all siblings (natural or adoptive).

Re-enrollment Fees for Record Keeping Students

Record Keeping students purchase their own curriculum and submit an Academic Plan to the CHOICE office for each school year. If you need to submit a new Academic Plan for this school year, you may do so here.
